The four ends feature silver finials with floral ornamentation, scrolls, and small medallions with religious depictions in relief, including the Virgin Mary and an angel.

The piece combines the pearlescent surface of the cross with silver elements worked in relief, secured by small rivets visible on the reverse. It features a top loop to be worn as a pendant.
