Shipment Processing Time

Once an order is placed, it will be processed within a maximum of 24-48 business hours. Please note that we do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Methods, Times, and Costs

• Standard National Post (Spain): 1–3 business days | €4
• Standard European Post (International): between €10 and €28, depending on the destination country (rate visible before completing the order or indicated on each item)

Delivery times are estimates. Delays beyond LaBizarreSusu.com's control, caused by the carrier, may occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including the corresponding tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

LaBizarreSusu.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, or other charges).

Damages and Loss During Shipping

All our shipments are sent via certified service with tracking and signature on delivery to ensure package traceability.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you manage the incident with the carrier. Compensation, if applicable, will be processed according to the carrier's coverage and compensation terms.

To expedite the process, we recommend:
