All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Method Estimated Delivery Time and Shipping Cost

Standard Post Office 2-5 business days, cost €5.10.

Standard Post Europe International 4-10 business days, cost €7.55

Standard Post Office Rest of the World International 10-40 business days, cost €15

Occasionally delays in delivery may occur, we cannot be responsible for incidents caused by carriers.

Shipping confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped with your tracking numbers.

Customs Duties, Duties and Taxes

LaBizarreSusu.com is not responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (duties, taxes, etc.).

Damages

LaBizarreSusu is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We will do everything possible to help you.
