Vintage oval-shaped religious medal dedicated to Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, made of silver-plated metal with an oxidized finish. The obverse shows the Virgin standing on the serpent, with rays emanating from her hands and the Spanish inscription "OH MARÍA SIN PECADO CONCEBIDA ROGAD POR NOS QUE RECURRIMOS A VOS" (O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee).

The reverse retains the traditional iconography of this Marian devotion: the monogram of Mary surmounted by a cross, the Sacred Hearts, and twelve stars. It is a variant of the devotional model originated in the 19th century, intended for use as a medal or pendant.
