Antique silver matchbox with Art Nouveau design, made by CM and attributed to Charles Maas & Co in London, circa 1890. The box is adorned with distinctive floral decoration and available for hanging, characteristic of the Art Nouveau style. It is an ideal collection piece. The antique matchbox was a common accessory in bygone eras such as Victorian or modernist times and was used to store matches safely and elegantly.
