Antique round brooch worked with the damascene technique, of Spanish origin called and also known as Oro de Toledo. The manufacturing of these exclusive Toledo pieces in Spain is very slow. Artisans sculpt an original composition on a metal base, where 24-karat gold threads are then embedded. The surface of the metal is corroded and then the piece is lacquered, carbon polished and engraved. Around 1960-70. Characteristic: It has a diameter of 2.8 cm. Its weight is 7.44 grams.
