Delicate Victorian-era floral brooch, circa 1880-1890, made of hand-crafted silver with a gold insert on the reverse (a typical detail of period jewelry). The design depicts undulating plant branches with leaves and buds, adorned with four-faceted old-cut diamonds typical of the 19th century.
The floral arrangement is fully openwork and crafted with great attention to detail. The clasp features a long pin with a C-shaped clasp, characteristic of antique pieces.
A collectible gem and a symbol of the romantic elegance of the Victorian era. Ideal for displaying on a lapel, a handkerchief, or a dress, or as a collectible.
