The history of Flora Danica dates back to 1952, when one of the most popular variety artists of the 1930s, Orla Eggert, developed the idea of ​​making jewelry based on unique designs from nature.
Flora Danica was the first (and only) company in the world capable of gilding and immortalizing 925 sterling silver flowers dipped in 22 carat gold.
